Established in 1990, A.A. Benjamin Antique and Estate Jewelry is located in the Uptown district. It specializes in antique jewelry from the Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, antique watches, antique purses and many more. A.A. Benjamin Antique and Estate Jewelry was founded by Amy Lawch, who named the company after herself and her grandparents, (A. Amy, A. Anna and B. Benjamin). Amy Lawch is actively involved in the International Society of Appraisers. In 2004, HTexas named A.A. Benjamin Antique and Estate Jewelry as the “best place to buy estate jewelry in Houston”. In 1997 and 2003, Houston Press named A.A. Benjamin Antique and Estate Jewelry as the “best place to buy an engagement ring”.
