[edit] About

Established by architect José María Peña in 1970, Feria de San Telmo is a weekly flea market, located in the neighborhood of San Telmo. The market is located around Plaza Dorrego. Organized each Sunday, this flea offers vintage, antique & art lovers an exciting bargain-hunting opportunity. It gathers over 270 stalls, with a great number of vendors to offer the largest array of antiques and collectibles, including precious jewelry, objets d'art, sculptures, vintage clothing, beautiful ceramics, interesting glassware, various vintage tools and instruments, old telephones and gramophones, bric-à-brac of old magazines, bank notes, architectural salvage and other tremendous English and France curiosities that date from the 1920s to the 1950s. Feria de San Telmo also offers a selection of furniture pieces from the Art Nouveau period. Visited by over 10,000 people each Sunday, this market has become a renowned place to buy antique gems, as well as one of the most popular markets in the world.
