Located at the corner of Derby Place and Glebe Point Road in Glebe, the Glebe Markets is one of Sydney's most established and well-known markets. It gathers over 50 vendors who offer a wide assortment of vintage items, such as records, furniture, arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry, books, art objects, carvings, candles, rugs, etc. Held near the Glebe Public School, the market takes place every Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm, with the stallholders featuring items mostly from Thailand, Indonesia, India and Nepal. In addition the Glebe Markets also offers a lively and fun atmosphere with live music for those who just want to relax on the grass, as well as options for those who want to try out tarot readings and Chinese massage.
