Situated on North Wells Street in River North Gallery District, New Metal Crafts shop specializes in antique, vintage, contemporary and modern lighting. The 30,000 square-foot gallery boasts one of the largest collections of antique chandeliers, featuring pieces from the early 19th to 20th centuries including French Empire and Art Nouveau eras. Alongside chandeliers, you can also find here lanterns, sconces, surface mounts, exterior fixtures, lamps, candelabras, clocks and architectural artifacts. Owner of the shop, James R. Neumann, is also known for his restoration work and stock of antique, vintage lighting and reproductions.
